Loni has started music lessons. She does piano, guitar and singing all with my friend
Kelli. She does great with her. Loni likes a very laid back way of teaching but still wants to
learn kind of quickly. Kelli is a great singer and Loni wanted to learn more of that so she
was the perfect teacher for Loni this year. Hopefully she will keep a teacher for longer than a year! Anyway they picked this song for Loni to practice and learn for her school talent show this year. She is already on a great start. Please forgive all the noise in the background. We will try to make a better video after the others have gone to sleep next time!

Very good singing, Loni. I never really realized what the song was saying and I understood what you were singing. I loved especially when you would smile... good job... even though a song may be sad or full of hard times... the hard times and saddness become more powerful and more dramatic when presented with a smile... plus smiling makes you sing better. I especially loved when Tyce started singing with you. See, Debi, I wanted at least one of you kids to be a Loni... I sure appreciate the times you would sing with me. I loved that. Maybe when Loni gets older she will allow me to sing with her. I am jealous that you have a child who loves to sing and is a ham. Love, Mom
